Product Description

Front End Assembly-

Remove gas cap Remove 2 bolts that hold front plastic to the frame (1 on L 1 on R) Remove radiator hoses from radiator Lift front nose of quad--This will reveal the 2 nuts that hold the radiator in place (remove these nuts) Radiator should pull out (it is sitting in frame with 2 rubber legs--just lift it out)

A-Arms---- There are 4 thick long bolts that are used to install the lower a-arms The front part of a-arm---Install bolt from the front towards the back--you may have to put nut in place and then push bolt through since the steering stop gets in the way. For the lower a-arms--Couple of options--Use a the back end of a hammer and wiggle it back and forth in the mounts to spread them to get the a-arms in easier....also--put a-arms ends in the middle of the bracket from the top and pull towards you. Dont try to push them in from the outside There are 4 skiiny bolts with 4 thread lock on them---these are for the upper a-arm The thick shorter bolts are for the upper shock mounts

Reassamble---Fill radiator with antifreeze mix....Once quad is build and running you will need to remove rad cap and fill to the top....while doing this loosen the 8mm nipple on the cylinder head...this will bleed the air out....tighten head bolt and put rad cap on..

Oil injector--Make sure to use an injector type oil, not the premix type (different blending ratios)

CDI Box/Rev Limiter---The is the little black box attached to the frame above the carb (left side of the quad)....There are 2 screws that need to be loosened and a small jumper will fall our (like a flat staple)...then tighten screws--If you dont remove screws the quad will not rev high enough to move

Axle--May need 2 poeple (easier) Make sure to pull chain tensioner down and pull sprocket back to keep alignment for the axle top slide through

Thin wavy washer goes between large axle nuts---Use thread lock on the axle nuts

Carb may be jetted rich.....To change main jet--remove nut on bottom of carb (17mm) and then remove the brass main jet sitting there (6mm) and install one of the jets that are under the seat..Install the jet with the lowest number once you get the Uni Filter---Keep the stock jet in place until then

Battery-- Remove the foil...insert black plastics to help funnel acid into battery (thinks its black or maybe clear??) Then push acid bottle into this funnel---this will cause the acid to flow into battery....Then remove black battery cap and install under seat.
