i have be dealing with gary for almost 1 year now , and i have to say idont think i can find one bad thing to say about him. as far as customer service goes he is second to none. i dont think this guy ever stops working , because i have called him at all different times of the day or night , any day of the week , even sundays , and he has answered or responded right away. i have never had any problems ording products from gary as far as receiving them or any money issues. as a matter of fact gary has sent me parts at times with out even getting payment from me right away , i am a buissness owner my self , and i to try to have great customer service , and it is great to see that in this day , there are guys like gary who take pride in having a buisness with such great service.

We have dealt with this company on numerous times and they have been nothing but helpful. We started our son into the racing sport about 2 years ago, when we met Gary Fallon. From day one he and his company have bent over backwards to help in any way possible. On any occasion when we have ordered from them they have gotten us what we needed when we needed it. They have always been very professional and courteous. I have nothing but good and positive things to say about Gary and G Force Powersports. There have been many times when at races that Gary has came over when we were experiencing bike trouble out on the track or not and done whatever he could to get the bike up and running.

Gary, thanks for shipping the parts out so quickly. Joey is super excited. The quad definitely launches great now, the 3.75 rollers w/ the belt you sent and the new torque spring really woke his quad up.

I owe you once again. It was the vent tube. I cleaned up the bike, took off the cap to make sure the rubber seal was set correctly under the cap. Removed the vent and took it for a ride. I rode for about 5 minutes w/ no trouble. I didn't get a chance to ride it again with the vent back on because it had gotten dark by that time. Thanks!
